The Architectural Metal Trainee School is a state of the art 30,000 sq ft apprentice ironworker training facility. We have 120' by 60' by 40' tall open shop area. We have two overhead cranes, and tons of open space for hands on training.

We are an American Welding Society (A.W.S.) accredited facility. We have four A.W.S. certified inspectors, and 32 welding booths. We have monthly tests in Stick(SMAW), Wire Feed (FCAW), Tig(GTAW) welding.

We have technical classes that include:

Math, Torch, Blueprints, Welding, Surveying Instruments, Rolling Shutter Doors, Rigging, Curtain Wall, Caulking, Ornamental, Stairs, Catwalks, Misc. Metals, Fence and Guardrail, and the History of Ironworkers.

We have certification classes that include:

OSHA 10 Hour, Scaffold Erector/Dismantler-Swing Stage, Subpart R (structural steel erection), Lift Certification (arial, scissors, boom), Fork Lift, Fall Protection, Lead, Rigging, and CPR/First Aid.
